KALL 4 SMALL PROJECT PROPOSALS

Kall 4 Small Project Proposals

During the last three years of arts, Bayimba Cultural Foundation has successfully reached out to the public and challenged the relevance and creativity of Uganda artists through its cultural activities. These activities include discussions, workshops as well as the annual Bayimba International Festival of Music and Arts where some 100 known and upcoming artists and groups from Uganda, East Africa and beyond have performed since 2008. In doing so, Bayimba Cultural Foundation has brought back arts to the limelight, turned venues into public spaces and has contributed to a positive perception towards arts and culture in Uganda.

With a view to ensure participation of activities, cultural activities of Bayimba Cultural Foundation were initiated and designed in close collaboration with selected artists. To increase the engagement and involvement of creative minds and the public in its cultural activities and to further enhance artistic creativity and collaboration, Bayimba Cultural Foundation this time round wishes to invite anyone interested to submit ideas for Small Projects that are original and creative, collaborative and participative and focus on social change and community development through arts.

For more information and further enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
